Frequently Asked Questions

What support do I get after onboarding?

Jumpstart includes 2 weeks of Slack/email support. Booster and Architect plans include ongoing support, regular reviews, and strategic sessions based on your tier.

Will my data remain private?

Absolutely. We operate under strict data privacy standards. All data extracted via AMC is event-level but anonymized, and we use only secure, Amazon-approved processes to access and handle it.

Do I retain control of my ad account?

Yes. You always retain full control and visibility. We work collaboratively — either by sending you exact targeting instructions or, in higher-tier plans, handling ad setup via your permissions.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. We operate on a month-to-month basis. You can start with a low-risk Jumpstart plan and upgrade only if you find value.

What’s the pricing structure?

We offer three tiers:• Jumpstart ($500 one-time or monthly): Audience segments + SP targeting recommendations• Booster ($1,500/month): Multichannel strategy, SB/SD audiences, testing framework• Architect ($4,000+/month): Custom audience models, execution, reporting, full campaign support

Will you launch or manage my ads?

It depends on your package. Our entry-level plan (Jumpstart) is purely consultative — we deliver insights and audience segments, and you launch them. Our premium package (Audience Architect) includes full hands-on execution, A/B testing, and audience optimization.

How does AMC audience targeting differ from regular keyword targeting?

Keyword targeting is intent-based but reactive. AMC audience segments are based on shopper behavior, product engagement, purchase paths, and NTB signals — which gives you strategic targeting options before a shopper even types a keyword. It’s targeting based on the full funnel, not just search terms.

How long does it take to get started?

Once we onboard you, most clients receive their first set of AMC audience segments within 7 business days. For higher-tier packages that include strategy sessions or execution, we map out a launch timeline tailored to your account.

What exactly do you deliver in your service?

We extract high-performance audience segments from Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) — such as lookalikes of your best customers, high-intent keyword searchers, and new-to-brand buyers — and deliver those directly into your Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD) campaigns. You receive a precise audience-targeting blueprint, along with optional strategy and execution depending on your selected package.

What kind of data access do I need to provide?

You’ll need to grant access to your Amazon Ads account (via API or user permissions), so we can pull the event-level data required by AMC. If you’re working with an agency or adtech tool, we can coordinate with them as well.
